Lozano Taxidermy And Outfitting

I ___________________________representing ________________________________, do hereby acknowledge that a Contract For Services Rendered has been entered into with Richard Lozano of Lozano Taxidermy and Outfitting. The above hereby agrees that they will have on deposit in the account of Lozano Taxidermy and Outfitting, a mimimum of one week before said services are rendered, a minimum of 50% of the agreed upon cost of said services. Also that the full amount of remaining total will be due within one week after the end of any hunt, guide services, lodging, food preparation or any other services rendered with the exclusion of any taxidermy services. Taxidermy services contracted for as a result of any said hunt will have a deposit of a minimum of 50% of the total within one week of completion of hunt before any of said taxidermy services will be commenced. We accept all major credit cards, and electronic checks.
